Auto subscription has not renewed?

    Hi there, 

    I have a silver subscription that should renew today (14 Aug 2020). No auto charge has occurred. Do I need to manually re-activate my account? Or will the payment go through automatically? 

    I do not want to loose any data so please let me know if I am required to do anything. Thank you!

    Upon checking your account, I can see that the auto-renewal had already occurred. Your account is active on the Silver yearly plan.
