form over quota

I was using JotForm for free and then I made another form and it told me that I was going to have to start paying and my forms would be disabled. so I deleted the most current form I created. Will my forms still he disabled? 

It seems your account is over the form quota. You have maxed your upload limit of 100mb for the free account.

You would need to delete a submission with uploaded files to free up space or you can upgrade your account to a paid plan.

Please note that once you delete a submission we cannot recover it at our end.
