Table with ability to add rows

Hi,

I need to be able to create a table where users will be adding one user's details per row (see screenshot). If the populate all rows I need to allow the user to add additional rows. What's the best elements/method to achieve this?

The only option to allow users to add rows is to use a Configurable List widget - https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
