Salesforce integration: Ability to integrate with custom Salesforce domain viz mycustomname.my.salesforce.com

I am working with an organization who is a current JotForms customer. They are looking to utilize one of our products which requires authentication through their custom Salesforce domain [mycustomname.my.salesforce.com] rather than the default login.salesforce.com authentication. Is there an option to change the OAuth endpoint to utilize the custom domain instead?

I am forwarding this to our backend team for more information. As soon as we have any news in this regard, we'll let you know here.

Meanwhile, could you also let us know if you have tried integrating Salesforce with custom domain on test JotForm? If so, please share the results so that we can forward the same to our dev team.

    Thank you.

I personally do not have a JotForm account, and the organization I'm working with is evaluating Salesforce. Neither of us have an environment in which to conduct this testing.

    Hi,

While waiting for the response from our backend team, you can sign up for a JotForm free account and conduct some testing with the SalesForce integration. Please get back to us as soon as you have the tests result so we can forward it to our backend team.

    Thank you.

I just tested, and as I expected there is an error. JotForm is giving me the following message: "Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out."

Because the Salesforce Government Cloud requires the use of a custom domain when using named credential authentication, customers need the option to use either OAuth authentication or to enter a custom Salesforce domain as the endpoint instead of forcing authentication through the standard login.salesforce.com URL.

Hi, is there an answer to this yet?

I am currently trying to integrate my jotform with Salesforce and I am getting the following error: "Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out."

Please let me know what needs to be done in order to make this work? I also have a custom domain which will need to be pointed to instead of the default login.salesforce.com.

    Hi team

It's working now. In fact, when you change the password with salesforce, they send you a new Token. So you have to integrate another token to access on it.  I deleted all cookies and I was able to connect to salesforce integration.

Also, be careful to use the ID that Salesforce send you and not "your email".

Also, be careful that the saleforce integration cannot be on several jotform form with the same ID / TOKEN. (It didn"t work for me)

    Sorry for the bad english.

@lolu89: It seems this ticket if for integration with custom Salesforce domain.

Do you have custom domain for Salesforce and you were able to complete the authentication?

We will wait for your response.
