Email validator: Option to receive a short verification code

Future request on the widget: give us the option for a short passcode.

Currently, the verification code is consists of 32 characters. How short do you want the code so that we can add it to our notes before we forward this as a feature request? Also, may we know the reason behind the request? take note that the verification code is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.

Length - 5-6 characters. 

A number of our clients are not tech-savvy. They know to copy and paste, but they are picking up spaces either before or after the passcode. If it was 6 characters, they could remember that and put it into the confirmation field. 32 characters is excessive for what we are trying to do. Amazon doesn't ask for that many.
