    3. I use Adobe to create my forms from my PDF documents however when I
upload the created form to jot form it tends to get jumbled up so it
appears that forms need to be manually created using the jot form program.

    Hi,

Could you explain what you mean by jumbled up?

Usually, you need to move the fields to their suitable position for them to appear correctly in the generated PDF file.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

    Thank you.

When I tried to upload an adobe form a few weeks ago it did not replicate
all the fields and had some in wrong positions etc. So it ended up being
more work to upload the pre-created form then it was to just upload the
blank pdf and create the form through Jot Form.
    Sincerely,
    Matthew

    Hi there,

My apologies that you're experiencing this issue. However, when a form is created out of a PDF, the form generator generates form fields only, not the style and its exact layout.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
