    Auto responser form is not showing fields

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to create an autoresponder for this form:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32093999431968

     

    However, when going through the wizard i only have first and last nmae fields to slect from no email for the recipient email.

     

    what am i doing wrong.

    Hi! 

    You are not seeing the Email field because you removed the label of the fields. Since the Email field is at the bottom of the form, I believe it is the last "....." that you should select then.

    Afterwards, try to make a test submission to verify.

    I cloned your form and tried to make a submission without making any changes in your set-up and I was able to receive the autoresponder email.

     

    Can you please try to make another test submission? Also, you can actually label the Email field by going to its properties.

    Since you hid the label using CSS, it won't show in the actual form but it would avoid confusion in the autoresponder set up.
