    Google Spreadsheet Integration - Submission does not appear in the spreadsheet

    The Google Spreadsheet integration is not syncing automatically. It will sync once but it won't synchronize when new submissions are received.

    My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    I cloned your form and did few test submissions. I was able to reproduce this issue. I am creating a ticket and forwarding this issue to our development team. We will update you via this thread.

    Would using the HTML listing report be an alternative? This report updates automatically with every submission.  It can be embedded on a page or a form.

    Here is a guide to help you with that meanwhile the integration issue is resolved.

    I created the HTML Table but how can I see the submissions as a google doc using the embed code or weblink?

    [correction to my previous comments] it still looks like a problem, but not really.  I waited well in excess of 10-15+ mintues and no updates, but now I see the spreadsheet is updating.  And now it updates instantly.

    I love what you guys are doing with the GDocs Spreadsheet integration.

    Also, it would be great to hear what functionality we should expect out of this otherwise amazing feature - is there any more documentation? 

    For example, I found that as long as we do not change the label in the header row, I could add/move columns and it would update:  As long as the header row had the original name.

    Ok, I see that the google spreadsheet works. It just takes a bit of time to refresh. My question is, if I format the header and freeze that row, would it affect the integration?

    Modifying the Google spreedsheet could make the integration not to work so I would not recommend changing anything in your Google Spreedsheet.

    I recommend checking out my response above and some testing on your own before giving up entirely on  the formatting changes/column re-arranging.  I've had success in my testing.   Just don't insert a row at top; don't change the text in the first row of the linked column.
