My customers say they are unable to complete registration form - their screen goes gray when they hit submit. They are using a laptop. I've heard the same for ipads.

Are you using iFrame to embed you form? If not then please give it a try .It works generally in such issues

Moreover is the issue persist.
Are you getting any such errors or its just the plain grey background?
-error related to card confirmation
-general error
