On 2 of my forms there are spots to fill in information and once they hit submit, it was set to send the info to email@example.com. this is also the email used for my whole account. However, i have since then created multiple emails to sort out each information source but when i try to change it on my forms it still sends to the main email.

May we know if you are using test email for that?
Test emails will actually be sent to the email associated with your Jotform account regardless of what is specified in the Recipient email. Our developers made it as such in order to avoid the abuse of Test Email for spamming.
However, if you try to make a submission from your actual form, the email you specified in the Recipient Email should be able to receive the message.
