I have tested a cloned version of the most recent form you have updated in your account and integrated it with Google Sheets and the PayPal payment field appears to have the quantity of the items that were ordered in the sheet.
Can you confirm what exactly are you seeing on your end, please? Or, if you are looking to get a different result, can you give us more details about your requirements?

May we know if the PayPal payment field in your form was added after you integrated your form with Google Spreadsheet, please?
Because if that is the case, please know that new fields will not sync to the existing Google Sheets integration.
You may reintegrate your form after removing the existing integration, but please be informed that, by doing this, a new Google Sheet will be created and the old Google Sheet will be disconnected.
