Hi, if you create your own form and send it across via email, when they receive and complete how can they send it back to you as no link to return to the sender?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Once you create your own form, it will have a Submit button at the end (or you can add). So, when the users will fill out the form, they will click that submit button and all the submitted data would be automatically processed and send to your JotForm account.
Thus, you will be able to access users' submitted data on the submissions page. Please check this guide below:
You can also set up Email Notifications, so you will also get emails whenever you receive a response from your forms including checking them out from almost anywhere.
