Redirecting emails based on set conditions

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to redirect e-mails based on selected conditions, but for some reason, it is not working.

     

    What I am trying to do is if 'Vendor' 'CCC' is selected then send notification to email1@blah.com and send notification to email2@blah.com and send notification to email3@blah.com.  Also send a copy of the email to the person selected in 'Ordered By.'

     

    Currently, the email is only being sent to one email address.  Please see sample of the notification set up.

    Hi Kruti,

    Sorry to keep you waiting. With regards to your query, I've check your form and it seems you've configured it correctly. If you want to received notification as well once "Ordered By" field Is Filled, you need to Add New Rule. Please take a look at this:
