Is there a way to set up the following work flow?
1. User fills out form.
2. Clicks "next"
3. Next screen then requires user to confirm all their info. Check a box saying information is correct. Then enter "eSignature"
4. Click on "Submit"
5. Email is sent to administrator with form data.
Is this possible with Jot Form?
