Hi guys!
In my form I'd like for the CRM integration push data to Zoho forms only if a field has a certain value.
I do this with email notifications by using a condition to change the email address to a non-address text value.
Is there a similar workaround to prevent data from being pushed to a CRM?
Kind regards,
Dave

Hi there,
Is this the form you are planning to execute the functionality?
If so, can you point out which specific input field, is it the "email address"?
Regardless, if you don't wish to pass a specific input field data via email notification, simply create a duplicate of the email notification:
https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
Then remove that field and set a condition that send's it out without the field mentioned:

I hope that helps.
Best.

Hi Kenneth,
Sorry is my question was not clear.
I already how to change the behavior of notifications - I was just using it as an example.
My question is whether something similar can be achieved with my Zoho CRM integration. That is, can I use a condition to trigger whether a record is created in the CRM, or not?
thanks,
dave

Hello Dave! Our apologies for the inconvenience but integrations can't be controlled with conditions.
However, I've forwarded your concern as a feature request. This might get implemented in the future if we receive enough requests for this feature.
If you have any further queries, let us know.
Thank you!

Got it, thanks for creating the feature request!
That would be handy if it were possible :)
