    Hello,

I am reaching out in regards to an ongoing issue with the JotForm integration with Microsoft Flow (aka Automate). I have previously reached out via support, and I did not receive a message in return. I also sent a DM to JotFom support on Twitter, and they have suggested I reach out again. The current problem consists of JotForm not loading my forms, creating the Flow. I have disconnected and reconnect the JotForm connection multiple times. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. To clarify, the issue is you can't load the Jotforms to Microsoft Flow integration, right?

Can you please try using another browser? If the issue persists, can you please send us a screenshot of the browser console on your end?

    Looking forward to your response.

I tried setting up the connector in a Chrome browser; however, the same issue is occurring. The forms will not load when setting up the Flow.

    Hi,

I can see that you have a HIPAA Enabled account.

I believe this is because Microsoft is not yet fully HIPAA compliant. They offer BAA to make your data HIPAA compliance with them. Please read more here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/TrustCenter/Compliance/HIPAA

Unfortunately, there are no workarounds for this issue.

    Hello,

Thank you for the message. I reviewed the article you reference, Microsoft Power Automate (aka Flow) does not appear the article excludes the platform in the BAA. It seems the platform is listed within the Office 365 subscription apps, which is included within the BAA. Additionally, our compliance department approved the workflow and security steps using the JotForm connector within Power Automate. Can you please clarify where you see contradicting language?

I look forward to your reply.

Can you please try this troubleshoot on your end?

Please try creating a new account and clone the form there or just create a new form so you can test the integration using the FREE account. If that works then the issue is related to HIPAA compliance/restrictions.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists even in FREE plan so we can forward it to our backend team for further checking.

Hello, I have done more research and spoke with Microsoft to discuss this matter. Microsoft has confirmed that Power Automate is covered under their BAA and can be used with healthcare data. They directed me to the following article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/offering-hipaa-hitech

Be sure to look over the Microsoft in-scope cloud services section.

It is possible JotForm has not poperly updated the security levels since Microsoft Flow switched to Power Automate.

The MS Power Atuomate should be available to use with my JotForm healthcare account.

What is the timeline to correct this issue? Can this be expedited so my organization to utilize this essential tool?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

I can confirm that HIPAA forms cannot be pulled into Microsoft Flow.

We have submitted this to our backend team to get more information about this particular restriction. If we have any additional information, we'll let you know here.

The lack of integration between JotForm HIPAA Accounts and HIPAA Compliant Microsoft 365 Tenants (Power Automate) is causing MAJOR problems.  Just look though your forums.  This is an issue that needs addressed ASAP.

    Hi,

My colleague has already passed your request to our developer team. Every other request made on our forums will be communicated as well.

Unfortunately, we can only wait now for the feature to be implemented.

    We appreciate your concern.

Hello, I am reaching out to follow up on this inquiry. I am still not able to integrate my HIPAA Compliant JotForm account with Microsoft Power Automate. This issue has been going on for months. There is a high use case for this integration, as many JotForm members are using JotForm's HIPAA compliance feature and use Microsoft Teams. It appears there no solution to bring JotForm data into Microsoft in a HIPAA compliant manner. Power Automate is covered under Microsoft's BAA, so this workflow should be supported. Please let me know if there is an update on the status of this request.

Note that this feature is not available if you do not have a Jotform Enterprise plan.
