Giving employees access

can i give access to one form to a team member so she make edits and have access to submissions? How does that work?

Our Enterprise plan features User Management that allows you to control who has access to forms and submissions.

Please review and see if that option could work for you.

Otherwise, you may want to check out our Form Collaboration feature. The feature allows multiple team members to simultaneously work on the same form.

With regard to sharing submission data, you can share your Submissions Page and let your team member/s to view, print or download the entire submission data to Excel, CSV or even PDF.
