I am not receiving my uploads!

    It seems like since I went to a paid subscription the uploads are no longer working.

    Can you please let me know what we need to do?  I have paperwork that clients said they uploaded and I never received.

    Kindly provide the form in question or the submission ID in which you didn't receive the uploaded file?

    I think that my website person made a change because it looks different, I will check with her on Monday.
    However, is there a way to use the upload link other than on my website?
    So my clients can get the documents to me ASAP?

    To clarify, you would like to share your form with your clients aside from using the form on your website to upload their documents? If it is, you can share the form's link directly to your clients through the emailing service on the form builder, please refer to this guide: How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email

    If you prefer on sending it through your own email app, you can simply get the form's link: Where to Find My Form URL? to share it to your form users.
