Signature not displaying on notification email

    I am struggling to get the signature to display on our notification email.  I have been filling out the notification part correctly, saving it, then when I go back and look at it, it has removed the correct signature field name and replaced it with (in this case) <sp.  I have now changed it AGAIN by using the drop down menu in Form Fields.

    I've successfully added the Signature field to your Email Notification Template as shown below.

    Also, kindly be informed that disabling the following options under the "Settings" page makes Signatures visible on emails:

    I was able to also successfully add {typeA} to the template, but unfortunately it was still not appearing on the email.  And then after testing it, the {typeA} would change to something else.  At one point, it was truncating the field name and leaving off the trailing }.  Another time it read <sp as I stated above.  

    I do not see anywhere in Settings or Form Settings that looks like what you pictured above.  Please advise.

    I finally found the boxes to uncheck under my Account Settings.  I had been looking under the Form Settings.  What's weird is that the Autoresponder Notification is working perfectly (this is the notification that goes to the person who submitted the form), but still not working at all for the notification that is supposed to come to me.

    I've re-checked your form and it seems that you've resolved the issue by creating another Email Notification where the Signature field unique name is {signature}.

    I've test-submitted a cloned version of your form and successfully received the email with the Signature showing up.

    By the way, if you're still experiencing the same issue, can you please authorize us to test-submit your form so we can better investigate?

    Yes, I just decided to start over with a new Notification(2).  I was trying to avoid doing this because of the conditions that were built into Notification 1.  In the end, I spent a lot less time redoing the conditions than I had spent trying to get Notification 1 to work!

    And yes, if this continues, you have my authorization to test-submit forms.
