Need help connecting to PayPal

    It said an email was sent to my email address but I never received it.  I need to have it send the email again.  The email address is valid.

    Hi @chrisalevy

    When you say you are to receive an email, are you referring to your PayPal account? If that is the case, I suggest you have a look at their instructions for reseting you password:

    Please let us know if that is not the case and you are actually having problems with your JotForm account. We will be happy to assist.

     Thanks for answering.  I can log into PayPal and it goes to a screen with both the PayPal and JotForm logos.  It says:  "Please confirm your email to activate your account.To do this, follow the instructions we sent to....".   I never received the email.

    As per checking, your email is already verified on our end so I can only assume you haven't verified the email sent by PayPal.

    If you are not receiving the verification email from PayPal, kindly contact PayPal support and request to resend the verification email.

    If it is something from JotForm, please share a screenshot of the actual screen.

    The problem was with a new PayPal account.  It's fixed and the jotform is working - easy!  Thanks so much!
