refund cancelled paypal subscription

    I cancelled my payment through PayPal today and I tried to reactivate today (both the same day) and it charged me again for my subscription. I activated my account yesterday.


    What do I do to get the money I paid today back?

    When using Paypal to pay for subscriptions, cancelling it via your Paypal account won't automatically refund the payment.

    This keeps your Jotform account subscribed to a plan but will no longer be renewed on the next billing date, hence the term "cancelled automatic payments". So you need to inform us if we'll refund the payment, in case you no longer want the account to be remained subscribed until the subscription you paid for expires.

    Now, I was able to confirm that there's indeed a cancelled subscription yesterday, then you re-upgraded today. I processed a full refund of your previous subscription. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your Paypal account.
