'Next' (page break) button does not take user to the top of next page

Asked by scot_k on August 01, 2013 at 09:37 PM

I'm using iWeb for my site, and I'm embedding the code, rather than directing users directly to JotForms. I'm using the iWeb code. I've read as much as I can, and didn't find a definitive answer to this (persistant) problem. I've tried using the iFrame code as was suggested in a few threads - didn't work.

I really appreciate the fast response from the MODS on this forum, but I'm also hoping to find an answer to this problem. When users select 'next' (page break), they're sent to the bottom of the next page (which is a shorter page, and users only see a blank space). I'd like the user to be sent to the top of the next page after they select 'next'.

Most of the users I deal with are musicians, and not terribly computer savvy. I'm doing my very best to create a form that's very user friendly, but this problem isn't helping matters.

One of the forms in question is here (JotForm) http://form.jotform.ca/form/31977807534263

The web page I've set up for the same form is here http://www.kamloopshighlandgames.ca/The_Kamloops_Highland_Games/Online_Registration_-_Piping.html

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I know this question has been asked numerrous times. Please accept my apologies if a concrete answer has already been provided.

I have tested your form on your Website/page, and It is working properly on my end.

I can see that you have a big space on your page, I highly suggest that you minimize the space at the bottom to avoid the issue.

But clearing browser cache and cookies should fix the issue because I am having no problem viewing your form when I click next.

Kindly let us know if problem persists after clearing browser data.

    Thank you
