    Some of my users has problem with the form conditions

    Something really strange is happening in my form.

    I set up some conditions and when i test-drive the form it looks fine. All the conditions work like they are supposed to work. The problem is that, when one of my clients fills that form, the conditions don't work as they do with me!...

    Example (please see form URL):

    If my client says he has 3 items to send to me

    "Quantos artigos tem para troca? - 3"

    And if only the first one has accessories

    "O artigo Nº1 tem acessórios?
    Sim
    O artigo Nº2 tem acessórios?
    Não
    O artigo Nº3 tem acessórios?
    Não"
    Later on, the form will ask my client what exactly are item 1, 2 and 3 accesories...
    "Quais são exactamente os acessórios que acompanham o artigo Nº1?
    Quais são exactamente os acessórios que acompanham o artigo Nº2?
    Quais são exactamente os acessórios que acompanham o artigo Nº3?"

    But when i check the form myself everything works fine! What is happening here? Could it be that my client uses a different browser than me?
    I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this issue.

    Hi David,

    Your client might be having issues with his browser. Kindly ask him to use different browser or reset his current browser's settings. This might help.

    I am able to get all the options you mentioned. Your form works just fine on my end.

    I have tried it with my Chrome, Firefox and IE9 with the same result.

    Kindly re-inform your clients and suggest to use updated browsers. You may also suggest to clear their browsers cache and cookies.

    Yes, i see it works just fine in your end...i will add a note to the beginning of the form mentioning this browser issue. Someone buys a computer in 1995 with Internet Explorer 5.0 and they don't see why they should update it...lol

    Kindly tell them we do not support IE5, LOL! :)
