Kindly note that in order to make respondents able to edit their submissions, you have to include the Edit Link in the Email Template.
Related guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
If you happen to have respondents who received emails that didn't have the Edit Link, but you still need them to edit their submission, you will have to provide them with the Edit Link manually as shown below.
Edit Link example:
www.jotform.com/edit/PutTheRespondentSubmissionIdHere

Example of a real Edit Link of a real submission:

I hope I have been of any help.

Thank you. I am confused on exactly what I am to have the members do.
Are you saying that we as admins need to create a manual edit link? or I see the edit link example.. but when I click on it it gives and error messages.

I believe I figured it out.
Step 1 identify the submission ID
Step 2 type www.jotform.com/edit99999999999(their id here)
Step 3 This is where I am lost (what are the next steps)
www.jotform.com/edit/PutTheRespondentSubmissionIdHere
