Problems logging on

    Hello, I am unable to log into my account...I think I signed up using Facebook. I also cannot edit either of my forms in the mobile app (please see attached screenshots). Please help

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use JotForm services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
