    Good afternoon

I have previously used jotform with another company I worked for and have set up an account with my current employer. We used to use jotform all the time (with the other company) and once the form was published I could send a link which took the person completing straight to the form. I have published my new jotform but when I send the link it is requesting that the person logs in to use the form, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong or if anything has changed in the last 12 months which requires all users to log in to complete?

    This is my link:

    Any help much appreciated

    Kind regards

    Greetings Lucy,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

That is because form access setting is set to private and thus, requires users to sign in Jotform before accessing the form.

If you want to allow users directly access your form via the link, simply change access settings to public, by following steps given below:

Please give a try and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you!
