Incomplete Values error message showing when submitting the form.

    We have been having issues submitting surveys. It keeps giving us an incomplete values error (see attached). 

    It is happening on all surveys. We have tried from iPhones and Android phones, on Wifi and 3G and it keeps giving us the same error message. Those questions are required to submit the surveys.

    Hi Jotform, can you please email me once you think this is fixed,

    We have had issues from this morning also with this and no forms have been able to be submitted which is a huge problem for my company
