    Hi,

    First off, you do not need to give us your password. We can access your account without knowing your password. You are posting in a public forum and you run the risk of being hacked so I suggest that you change your password right away.

    Moving on to your question, I tried accessing your submissions page and did not encounter any problems at all. This might be an issue with your browser or your internet connection.

    Try using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If it does not solve your problem, you may try restarting your internet connection.

    Hello Serkan

    I was able to log in to your account and view the five (5) submissions in your form. Do you have more than one JotForm account? If you are logged in to one account and the form in question is in the other, you won't be able to view that form's submissions. Assuming you have two accounts, please log out of the first one and log in to the one containing the form and see if the submissions can be viewed.

    After logging out of the first account and before logging in to the other, clear the cache, as suggested in this thread.
