Jotform has a starter plan which is free of charge. You can have upto maximum of 5 forms in a starter plan.

I checked that out but it has all the branding on it.
I just need a clean good looking functional form.
I am willing to pay for it.

The only way to remove the JotForm branding is to upgrade the Bronze level. You can purchase one month then cancel it before the next automatic charge applies to your card.

The form will keep working even when the plan expires?
Also I am having trouble finding where I set the email where responses will have to go. Also can have them imported into a google sheet?
