Payment forms with upfront and payment plan

    Hi there, 


    Is there a way to set up a form that has both subscription AND pay in full opton. 


    eg. 

    1. Upfront payment $1500 (one time payment)

    2. Payment Plan $500 (3x 500, one each month)

    You can follow this guide on how to create a Multiple Payment Form: https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form

    You can set one of the Payment Integrations to be a Subscription and the other simply selling a product/service.

    Cool thanks, is there a way to make sure the subscription stops after eg. 3 monthly payments?

    Hi there,

    You may set the maximum/limit number of payments made for the subscription.

    To do so, please go to the Payment Settings > Subscriptions > Create New Subscription > Number of Payments:
