adriandowneyAsked on August 18, 2020 at 5:28 AMOn another note, the form that was put together and I cloned contained a different File Upload that enables (Drag and Drop as well as Browse files) which I actually prefer to the button only to attach a file in the Classic Form. Is it possible to have the Drag and Drop to Upload Files in the Notice of Intended Marriage form to replace the current button to search for files?

I don't see any issue adding the drag and drop upload widget in your form.
However, if you have submission data already I would suggest not to delete the file upload field but hide it.
This would prevent the previous upload data from being deleted.
Hope this information helps.

Thank you, yes I thought of adding this widget however the Upload field in the sample form or clone form :https://form.jotform.com/202263007047949 that was provided actually fulfils both drag and drop and upload of file?
I have attached an image?

You may replace the file upload button with the drag and drop widget.

Thanks, however I have tried the Drag & Drop widget and unfortunately the functionality of the widget is not suitable for the needs of this form (Notice of Intended Marriage form) as when I tested the widget my clients would not be able to;
1. View the documents dragged & dropped onto the widget and
2. Remove / delete the documents or files from the form should they wish to or realise that they have selected the wrong ones.
The other option as I copied above allows for this.
Kind regards,
Adrian

Apologies, unfortunately, I am uncertain I understand your main concern. If you find the regular File Upload field to fulfill all your needs, please note that you can add it to any of your forms.
However, please note that depending on the Theme you use for your form, you may only be able to see a file upload button, instead of the one with the drag and drop option. I suggest using the Upcoming theme on all of your forms that requires the drag and drop feature on the File Upload field.

Hi, yes thanks that is what I meant. It appears that selecting the Upcoming theme has rectified this issue.
Much appreciated.

Glad to know that this solves your problem. Due to some formatting, some features may only work on our Upcoming Theme.
