Can one person (email address) have multiple versions of the same form going at the same time using save and continue?

    We are setting a form that will require the same person to submit the same form multiple times.  At times, a person might want to be filling on multiple forms at once (or at least having several started at once) with different information (we are using the form for reporting behavior incidents at a school so someone might have to complete the form for 5 different things all in one day).

    We would like to use the save and continue feature because people often get pulled away from their desks or one person might need to start the form and another finish it, but it appears that the link people receive is always the same for the same email address.

    Is there a way to allow one email address to have multiple sessions going at the same time with unique links?

    You can do that with our Save and Continue workaround using Session URL. Session URL actually accepts any identifier for you to continue using the form.

    You'll see, I have put -1 and -2 at the end of the URL. You'll see a different information to each. You might want to use the same to accomplish the function in your question.

    Assuming this is your first form: You can put the below URL to create unique numbers:{yourFs}-{id}

    The {id} will create a random numbers. Doing this won't override the first submission. You have to ask the user to start over this form to create another submission without touching the first one. However, this method will consumed a lot of your submissions limit.

    You may also ask them to just create their own session URL manually by typing any identifier to the session URL after the submissions - per example above.
