    when i try to resubmit form it give me error

    Hi, I'm happy to help you today.
    I've checked your form and I was able to find that you have set the option to prevent multiple submissions from the same device and network(same home, office etc.).

    To solve this issue please Open the form-> Go to Settings-> Form Settings-> Show more options-> Set the option Unique submission to "No check".
