I am having issues with my form. When I enter in payment information from a new user, it says "Your bank has requested additional verification" in a white box, and then stalls out. Please advise.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for reaching out.
I have checked your form and it appears to be connected to the Paypal account.
The issue may have to do with your user's/client's Paypal account so please advise them to confirm if their Paypal account is fully verified.

That link that you provided is not working. Is there a way to let someone know how to verify their account quicker? It freezes up and doesn’t finish the process.

Hello Laura - We may not be the right person to contact regarding Paypal account verification, so I suggest it best to let the user reach out with Paypal for further assistance in making their Paypal account verified.
Regarding the link that my colleague provided, it works on my end, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work on your end. It's a Paypal HELP page:
