My form submission emails are not arriving at destination

    Hello there,

    I regret t say that for some reason form submissions are not being received..

    Maybe a small but important GLITCH but look into it..

    Hi @margaritabiz - Is it okay if we submit a test submission to your form? Also, could you please check if you can receive see the submission on your submission page?
