Hi guys,
it looks like something is going wrong. Some of our customers have received an email for a form they've submitted months ago. The mail is being sent by Front App through Zapier, when a form is submitted. Zapier received a trigger from you today (18 August 2020), although the form was submitted months ago. Could you look into this?
It concerns the following form submission:
Form link: https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/91464071223349
Request id: 2fc476a5f8b309af821262b6c78913fc71308
Time: 2020-04-07 07:10:32There are other cases coming in. So this doesn't look good.
Thanks
Boudewijn

Hello voicebooking,
Have you tried recently by adding / removing the form fields? This will loose integration and might bring such result.
If so then we advice you to reintegrate Zapier .
Moreover, are these issues are with other forms too or with this single form only ?
Let us know and we will be happy to help.

Hi Krishna,
I have changed something 3/4 weeks ago. So that seems a bit odd. I changed the file size that users can upload in one of the fields.
Could it be something else?
Kind regards,
Boudewijn

I would suggest you check your ZAP for any submission info regarding the submission.
To clarify, your clients are receiving old notification emails or new submissions?
Looking forward for your response.

My clients are receiving emails they've already received, they are being re-sent. How can we make sure this doesn't happen again?
I've checked the Zap and Jotform sends a new trigger, despite that the form is submitted months ago.

It seems there was a new zap recorded that is why it was triggered.
Please double check the submission and please make sure that the submission was not edited.
I have also cleared your form cache.
Let us know if the issue still remains.
