I have tested it all the other field details come throgh but not that field...

You should be able to correct that by updating your Form Notification field tags. Or, the best way to resolved that is by re-creating your form notification.
First step: Delete the current notification by following this guide: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder.
Second step: Re-create your form notification by following this guide: Setting Up Email Notifications
