It is not possible to upgrade my plan.
It comes ERROR all the time everyday...?
I hope you will help me with that.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies then log in again or use another browser like Google Chrome. Once you are log in, go to your Account > Billing then select which plan you would like to upgrade your account.
If it does not work, can you please tell us which plan would you like to upgrade your account with?
