I am getting an error when trying to use Inventory control, form calculation and payment integration

    In 'test' mode of stripe, it works as expected.When I activate stripe, the inventory control area shows as an error -- "we cannot complete the request".....

    Additional info: When I convert back to test mode, the Inventory control widget no longer works but shows the error that was introduced when I activated the Stripe live intergration. 

    The above is a cloned form, which also shows the same behavior upon cloning as the original.

    Hello @eileenjst,

    Our apologies for the inconvenince that you have experienced.

    I have checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are mentioning. It seems that the Inventory widget was not functioning properly on your form and it displayed the error message "We cannot complete your request".

    However, I went ahead and took a look at your widget and it seems that it had not been updated yet. When you configure your widgets, make sure to click the 'Update Widget' button at the bottom right of the settings tab.

    I clicked this update button and it seems to have resolved the issue. As you can see in the screenshot the error message no longer displays.

    Please check your form on your end and confirm that the issue is now resolved.
