I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. I've escalated this to our backend team here as we're currently investigating the issue. Can you just confirm if it was all zaps every sent from JotForm or a number from a certain period of time?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue has been fixed. It occurred due to an update in the amount of submissions that get pulled by Zapier in a time-interval.
Deduplication checks have been implemented to ensure that this will not happen again.
