Hi There,
How to have I have an email go to a second email that they put into the from? They will put in their email and the troop managers email.
IE: Parent gets an email, troop manager gets an email, and I get the email.

That's easy. Simply add a new Autoresponder and set the 2nd email field as the recipient.
Here's how:
1. Go to Settings > Emails > Create Notification/Autoresponder
2. Choose Autoresponder
3. Under the Recipients tab, select the Manager Email field in the Recipient Email dropdown.
4. Click the Save button and that's it!
