    Captcha not quite visable

    Asked by ipbr21054 on August 03, 2013 at 05:30 PM

    Is it possible to move the captcha refresh button or even make a new one and

    put it next to the captcha code ?

    I ask as i did not even see it but came across it by accident.

    Its hanging off the edge of the form and invisable.

    Hi,

    To fixed the issue, inject this custom css into your form:

    #input_8.form-textbox {

    width: 125px !important;

    }

    You might like to take a look at this cloned form how it works.

    I have read how to clone a form and still the same result.

    When i preview the cloned form in my account all looks well.

    When i upload to my site i see the same form with the incorrect field by the captcha etc.

    See screen shot below.

    Please try replacing the injected CSS code found in this link and see if it works. If it does not work, please download the Form Source code and directly inject the CSS code below in the Captcha Input_8 field as shown below

    style="width:130px !important;"

    If you need further assistance, please contact us again.

    Yes that is correct. Replace all the injected CSS currently found in your form with the CSS code I provided in the link.

    @ipbr21054

    In addition to my colleagues, I have also updated that contact form template in the form templates page. http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/clean-contact-form-v3

    The next time you will clone that form, captcha box should now be fixed. I have also added a support for address fields and dropdown. I have fixed the red border on error state as well as it was overridden by gray border.

    Regards!
