    Please can you contact me to advise how to do this. I thought I had cancelled it 2 months ago but keep still getting correspondance.

    I have checked your account and it is currently suspended due to over storage limit. Do you wish to delete your account as we cannot cancel/downgrade free plan.

    I wish to delete the account completly please. The project I was using it for has come to an end. Thank you for everything, jotform was an amazing solution for me.
