Locked account

    Hello,

    I accidentally "locked" my account last night while creating it and now I cannot get in or use it in any way. Since it's my business name/email I would very much like to keep it. Please advise

    It seems that you have deleted your account roxynailedit registered using your email address. Do you want to activate this account to use?

    Also, we notice that there is another account nailcoversbyjohn using the same IP address. If you are referring to this account, you are requested to open a ticket using the account registered email address.

    If you have forgotten your account password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.

    Nailcoversbyjohn is in fact a separate account. I’m just helping my team get started. 
    I would like to use roxynailedit@yahoo.com for myself. So yes please activate it. As of now I can’t use it for anything including password reset. Thank you!!
