Form Limits and Limiting Pickup date

    Good Morning,

    I am curious as to what happens when you receive more more form responses than your plan allows. Are you just not allowed to view the response? Or does it not allow the response to be submitted if you are over the limit?

    As for Limiting Pickup Date, is there anyway to limit the dates that can be selected for the Pickup Date form element? We want to limit the dates allowed to at least 2 days in the future but with a max of 14 days in the future but I wasn't able to do that

    Hi Zachary,

    the following two pieces of information should help you out.

    1.  Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

    2. How-to-Use-the-Date-Limits-Option.
    The option you want is toward the bottom of that page Dynamic Date Selections All you would have to do is set the Start Date as today+2 and the End Date as today+14 in the LIMITS section of the field.

    As our user @ReallyRozie has already mentioned you have check the link to know more idea about the Usage limits.


    Once you reach your submission limit, your forms will be disabled for the meantime. It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero.
