Not receiving the email Notifications

    Good day,


    Clients have submitted forms but they are not being delivered to the email address claims@dpcorp.co.zw


    What might be the issue? Once form out of 4 came through ie the one submitted on 12 August.


    Please assist, thank you.

    Hi,

    Is the issue happening in all your forms or a specific form?

    Are you able to receive Emails to other email addresses?

    Hi,


    It's only this specific form and it has one email address ie claims@dpcorp.co.zw


     One form submitted on 12 August came through but forms that were submitted after that are not being delivered.

    I actually have to go into the form inbox to check and download any submissions.

    On checking your form I found that your email notification is in place. From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders?

    Also, could you please delete the Notification and then configure it once again to see if this fixes the issue.
