    Hi @adyk.ajay, 

    It's not possible to send SMS directly from JotForm but we do have some integrations through Zapier that may accomplish what you're looking for. 

    For example there's the Zapier SMS Integration here, the Zapier-Jotform to Twilio Integration here, & Burst SMS here. 

    Are you looking to integrate sending SMS as part of a form, or a reminder to fill out a form (or something else)? Let us know and I may be able to provide something more specific.
