Not getting submissions

Hello,

I am not receiving my submissions for some reason.  Does it take a little while?  Sorry, new at this. 

As per checking there are no submissions on both of your forms.

Please note that if you want others to fill out your form, you have to share your form URL to them or in any other medium for others to know that your form exists.
