    We are having some of our New pt ppwk not come through eventhough we watch pt submit and finish the ppwk

    Please let us know the form in question, and we'll take a look at the possible reasons. Your last form ID is this https://www.jotform.com/92654376046160, and its settings are correct. I see no reason why the form email will fail for you.

    In the meantime, check and set up the following:

    1. Check for emails from Jotform through your junk/spam folder. You should mark all emails from Jotform as not spam.

    2. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list. If you have this option, this will greatly help.

    3. Whitelist us. You can find our list of IPs and Domains through the following page: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains.
