Jotform Mobile Forms: Take Photo widget not working in offline mode

    hi,


    how do i make the take photo app widget work in offline mode. the widget is unresponsive once i'm in offline mode. it works fine when online.

    To my understanding, you are trying to fill up your form offline on your mobile form using the Jotform Mobile Forms app.

    I'm afraid that the Take Photo widget only works when online and I was able to reproduce the issue you have described. I have forwarded your concern to our developers so they can have a closer look. Once there is an update, we will notify you on this ticket the soonest.

    hi,

    is this the regular behavior of the Take Photo widget in offline mode?

    if it is, what might be a possible work around so that a photo may attached to the form in offline mode?

    Sorry, but we are not sure if this is the normal behavior of the Take Photo widget in offline mode. This support ticket is forwarded to our backend team/Devs for further checking.
